Rajah Lehal, founder of Cobalt Lawyers, is an experienced M&A Lawyer with a wealth of experience both as an M&A lawyer and as a commercial operator.  Rajah received his M.B.A. and J.D. degrees, from the University of Western Ontario Richard Ivey School of Business and the Faculty of Law respectively, before and after which Rajah founded and acquired several ventures himself.

Prior to founding Cobalt Lawyers, Rajah received his legal training in the corporate law group at Stikeman Elliott LLP in Toronto, as well as internationally for the Technology Media and Telecom group in the Dubai office of Clyde & Co.  Rajah and his team pride themselves on both being extremely careful lawyers, and also on providing cost effective legal services.   Rajah has a history of providing pro bono services that spans more than a decade, and has opened up pro bono office hours to the A R Business Brokers community.

Rajah is also the visionary behind Diligence Monster, one of the technology products developed by Cobalt Lawyers to support their clients.  Cobalt Lawyers added the moniker Cobalt AI in 2023 with the launch of AI abilities in their practice of law.
