As Anna says, “In order to educate my clients on the very best solution for them, I first have to understand their needs. Often, these needs are only being expressed at a level beneath the actual words being spoken. So, I listen with what I call my ‘third ear’ to hear the true message.”

For 15 years before her financial services career, Anna worked at one of the world’s most celebrated customer-centric organizations: Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. And, during that same period, she was a partner at two gourmet restaurants that are Toronto legends: Pronto and North 44. Those careers instilled in Anna the awareness that for guests to be truly well-served and happy, their needs must first be deeply heard, understood and even anticipated.
