Immediate Opening – Real Estate Admin Assistant


We have an immediate opening for a Real Estate Admin Assistant for our commercial real estate brokerage located in Mississauga.

Duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Duties will include supporting the office manager and employees through a variety of tasks including but not limited to answering phones, taking messages and checking email. The candidate must have proficient knowledge of RECO (Real Estate Council of Ontario) and TREB (Toronto Real Estate Board) and must be able to upload new listings on TREB, update existing listing statuses, create offers on Webforms and maintain all follow-up documents. This position includes communicating with clients via phone and email and ensuring that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately. Experience in a Real Estate setting is mandatory.

Salary: Starting from $18.00/hour based on experience + incentives
