Fill out the Buyer Registration Form and sign the Non-Disclosure Agreement. Once this is done, one of our brokers will be assigned to you to assist you through the process.
Review the provided business overview document either CBO (Confidential Business Overview) or CIM (Confidential Information Memorandum). Your assigned ARBB broker will connect with you for any clarifications and provide further information if needed.
TOUR / MEET
An ARBB broker will organize a ’Buyer and Seller’ meeting and arrange a virtual or in person tour of the business. It is imperative, at this stage, for the buyer to see if this business is the right fit for them.
An ARBB broker will prepare a guide for you through the Letter of Intent/Offer per your inspection. It is a conditional/non-binding letter of intent.
Due Diligence and Financing: Your ARBB broker will help facilitate communications with the Seller and assist you with recommending professional advisors such as accountants/tax advisor, lawyers, and financing agents. The Buyer, along with his advisors, will conduct an in-depth due diligence and review of the business while working with the bank and lending organizations for financing.
